Who PIPS is
PIPS is a Kosovo-based non-governmental think tank focused on political education, networking and policy analysis. Its work brings together people from public institutions, political parties, civil society, media, academia and other sectors.
School of Politics
The School of Politics has operated since 2003 under the umbrella and with the support of the Council of Europe. It was established to strengthen democratic political culture by creating space for dialogue and exchange among current and future leaders.
Research and policy
PIPS publishes policy analysis across areas including European integration, foreign policy, energy and the environment, democratic participation and accountable governance.
