One of Kosovo’s longest-running non-formal political education programmes.
What it is
Since 2003, the School of Politics has been implemented by PIPS with support and under the umbrella of the Council of Europe. It creates structured space for dialogue and exchange among current and future leaders from different sectors.
Who takes part
Participants are selected from political parties, public administration, civil society, media, minority groups, business and academia. Each academic year, the School accepts a group of up to 30 participants.
What the programme develops
The School focuses on democratic principles and practice, governance, human rights, security, foreign policy, sustainable development, political parties, communication and the role of media.

The new website gives the annual programme a clear, scannable structure while preserving the depth of each module and its supporting materials.

The application system becomes part of the programme experience.
Applicants move through a guided flow instead of a long static form. The prototype includes progress, save-draft behaviour and a final review step.
